Wendi Wicktor  Broker

The heart of Princeton Realty is broker/owner Wendi Wicktor. Wendi, is a passionate animal lover, owns and operates a Buffalo farm in Princeton and is knowledgeable about farming and the local community. Wendi always takes time to support the local community in any way she can. Also, Wendi spends lots of her free time volunteering when needed. Wendi, is a true asset to the town and anyone she meets. Wendi has over 35 years of experience as a realtor. She started her professional career helping her father Gaynor Frye with appraisals then went on to achieve her real-estate license then obtaining her broker’s license where she took ownership of the family business; Princeton Realty. Wendi is also a servant of her community in many ways. She served as a board member of a local kinship youth mentorship board for 12 years. The youth mentorship program helped youth in all ages gain career and life lessons that would help support them as adults. Wendi also participates in many local community events like the Duck Derby, fund raising for youth programs and more.
